I am glad to welcome all of you to the XIth European Congress of Emergency Medicine -the true European Emergency Medicine Congress- organised in the beautiful and historical city of Athens.
Athens, the capital of Greece, source of culture and civilization and the origin of Western medicine as a science, a city that is inspiring any generation for its rich past and history, its beauties, elegance and fascination of monuments like the two UNESCO world heritage sites, the Acropolis and the Daphni Monastery, is welcoming you from 23 to 27 September 2017.
You have the opportunity to meet colleagues from all Europe and the 5 continents, to exchange ideas and to share science, to spend days in a stimulating and gorgeous environment.
